Fledgling GHO? (1 Viewer)

Saw these this afternoon in Ephrata, WA (central Washington state), in a residential area. Are these fledgling Great Horned Owls? They acted like fledglings. The hopped from branch to branch and kept peering into the sky, as if waiting for dinner to arrive.

Thanks.

Guy
