Hello guys, I am In the hunt for a tripod, not an expensive one & not a cheap one. I have seen this MANFROTTO MODO 785B, now I will only be using a CANON EOS 40D with a 17-85mm lens & what I would like to know Is will this setup be ok to use with the tripod or will It be too heavy. I mean I will only be doing landscapes & perhaps a bit of macro & the 40D isnt that heavy. So what do you guys think?
If Its not the right tripod, which one would you recommend, remember though I dont want to spend a lot, perhaps around £50. Im saving for a Canon 300 f2.8..

Regards
Sean..
