India Raptor ID confirmation-9 ?

Looked much like an Indian Spotted but the gape line doesn't match.

I do not know Indian SE but this could colourwise still be an adult GSE.
What is the difference in gape between Indian and Greater???

Thank you Tom ... Indian Spotted Eagle has gape reaching behind the eye ( Grimmett et al ) ... Largest gape among Spotted ...
If the color is good for GSE adult, then it must be that only ... !

Yes, it can be very obvious indeed, but not in all individual. I've not seen enough of them to confirm anything, but a pair in Nepal I followed had one individual with huge gape, and another with shortish, easy to confuse with GSE.
