Hi,

Can someone help me with this ID? I think it's honey buzzard but the picture is too unclear for me to me certain.

Hello Oscar,
blurred image maks this a hard picture (at least for me), but:
I see a Honey Buzzard:
right shape (when ignoring the head), with espacially right full tailshape and narrow pinched in wing base
Better colour pattern but CB is so variable
