Birds & Coffee (1 Viewer)

Back on the subject. Try to buy organic coffee. In the past decades coffee production increased by using high density crop patterns which did not need shade trees (bird unfriendly) However in recent years the organic trend has taken strength. In this trend no agrochemicals are used and the plantation MUST use shade trees. Friendly to the birds, and your health!!
One example: Britt organic coffee.
And hopefully in the next years, Durika organic coffee, processed on the "beneficio" I am designing for my thesis proyect at Durika.
Durika, in CR's south pacific, is also a prime birding location!
Check it out at www.gema.com/durika
