Orchid id. - Cevennes NP (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

Out of the 20+ identifiable Orchids seen in the Cevennes NP, France in late May was this un-identifiable species. I assume there is a lot of variation in these Ophrys types.

The habitat was among coniferous trees and growing alongside Aymonin's Orchids. It was on the Causse Mejean.

Any help much appreciated.

Forgot to mention it was roughly 25cm tall

Early Spider orchid but could be split down to a 'species' of some variety. Depends whether you like to lump or split!
