Simple question: what tripod to get for the 65?

Willem , i use the bogen 3001 on the 65 & 80 pf,s Its light, less than 4 pounds & will support 11 pounds.I Also use a 3130 bogen head . The tripod is $90 at adorama THhe head i think about $65.
Brian.

I also use the Bogen 3001 tripod with the PF80A with a 322RC2 grip. Works well for me and I also use for digiscoping. Jose

Humor me, plz Brian. and elaborate some. What are the pros and cons?

Willem i have never used a ball head but the name describes it. DO really like the 3010 .I also have 2 bogen 501,s They are even better [bigger] than the 3031,s Same method of operation but overkill for the pf65.
