Hi everyone,
Saw a red, white and black bird in the garden today
-Red breast, white belly, black (or black and white) wings
-About the size of a blackbird, maybe slightly larger.
-Was sitting in a shrub for a good 3-4 minutes
-Spotted in Loughborough, East Midlands, England
Couldn't take any good pics but here is a blurry one! Someone suggested Eurasian bullfinch, but this looked much larger. Also the Rose-throated Grosbeak seemed to be the best match from my searches, but not sure if it's found here in the winter. Any idea what it could be? Thanks in advance
