Banded Barnacle geese, Svalbard (where to report?)

I saw ~a dozen of banded Barnacle geese in Svalbard this summer. They had yellow/orange/pale green band with black codes, 3 digits/letters. I'd appreciate any information re where to report them. Thanks! :)

Thank you, Andrew! I found the links but didn't think the green bands were "dark green ". Maybe they faded along time. Will email my sightings to them.
