Bee Identifcation

Today I saw this sort of bee and other ones on the pavement never seen them before anyone have any idea what it could be?

Looks like one of the Andrena's with a lot of pollen on it. Otherwise will be pretty hard to get it to species.

This is almost certainly Andrena scotica (formerly Andrena carantonica). The dark hind tibiae rule out a few similar-looking species.
