Unknown bird from Costa Rica (1 Viewer)

Dear all

I observed this small bird in San Gerardo de Dota (2000 m asl.) in Parque Nacional Los Quetzales (Talamanca Mountains); 17 february 2017

From the wing patterns it seems to be a Paltry Tyrannulet. But the shape of the bill (rather long with a small hook) do not coincide with this species.

Could somebody help me with the identification of this bird
Thank you very much in advance

M.

It's a Mistletoe/Paltry Tyrannulet with a slightly abnormal bill. Dark iris indicates it is not fully adult yet.
