Vortex Raptor/Leupold Yosemite Cold Temps (1 Viewer)

Hi everyone,

I’m thinking about buying a pair of Vortex Raptors or Leupold Yosemites or a similar clone. Since we are coming up on winter, I’m wondering how well their focusers work in cold temps. I tried out a pair of Raptors at a store and I noticed that their focuser is a little stiff to begin with.

Have you all had trouble with these binoculars in cold weather?

Thanks!
