Saw an orange cardinal outside my window this morning. It was the most beautiful shade of orange. No other colors. This was amazing. Is this rare to my area?

Hi Holli and welcome to the forum. An orange cardinal would be a Northern Cardinal with a pigment aberration. Not seen often.

Hi Holli and welcome aboard.

Can you try to get a pic of it the next time you see it? Have you seen the photos going around on the web about the Yellow Cardinal? It is so very beautiful and they classify it as a male.
