Quail on Worcs/Staffs border

Hi all

There were some showy Quail around Whittington last year, just into Staffs I think, but on the border anyway.

I was given directions but they didn't fit when I went to check it out - and apparently the birds had gone by the end of June anyway.

Could anyone share directions please? If sensitive, pm is fine.

Then I can go looking at the right time this year!

Thanks in advance
