Hi all! I'm in Pennsylvania at the moment, and will be flying back to the UK on Monday from Newark. My flight is super late, so I was hoping to get a day of birding at Sandy Hook, NJ. Couple of questions:

Where are the best spots on the Hook to look for birds? It's a bit bigger than I was expecting on Google Maps!

Also what is the insect situation likely to be? I was at Bombay Hook in Delaware this week and the insects were nightmarish!

Thanks!
