Poss warbler Devil Creek Reservoir near Malad ID (1 Viewer)

My picture is terrible compared to the others I am seeing posted here but maybe it is clear enough for your help.

Taken in the early days of August this year along the bank of Devil Creek Reservoir, which is near Malad City Id.

Is this a Yellow Warbler, or something else. Very active little one!
