hi,

can anyone help? below is a piece of footage I'd like to use clips of in a production. the problem is there's an unsightly black border all around it. does anyone know how to get rid it or even do it for me. please get in touch atcates1980 'AT' hotmail.co.uk it you can help.

Why don't you contact the person who uploaded it? He may well be able to provide you with what you want. I assume you wouldn't use somebody else's footage without their permission.

it's not that. I just haven't a clue who made it.

Or contact him through a comment under the video.

To use it w/o the OP's permission would be a copyright infringement.

Yes .. with permission from the owner it could be downloaded and edited using editing software that allows a zoom ccommand. This could then be zoomed into just enough to remove the border without losing the bird in frame.
