Today for a few moments a black capped chickadee showed up with a few others on my back deck for a snack. One of the had a small dark pink plastic leg band. It was to short a time to get a picture and I could not see if there was a numbering printed on the band which was tiny, probably on 1/4".
Is there some where to find out more abiut where this guy may have come from and who was banding ?
