When I was walking in the park, I came across two Coots who looked after chicks that looked like Moorhens. I would like to know if they really are. Please reply if you know.

Tomasz, that is a Coot chick. Go to the Opus section of Birdforum & search Eurasian Coot, there is a picture at the top of the page showing an adult and a chick of this age.
