Mid level 80mm vs 60mm (1 Viewer)

First excuse the typo for 800m lol

BasicallyvI was looking to get something in 60mm-80mm, mid range price for some long range spotting. More being able to identify species than photography level images is the idea

I am no expert and the three scopes I was looking at are

Vortex diamond back, 20-60x60mm
Pentax 65mm EDII
Vortex diamond back 20-60x80mm

I was wondering if anyone could rank these?

I am sort of leaning to the vortex 80mm on the assumption it has more punch than even the pentax with its ED glass?

Any other mid price 80's recommended?
