As per key today:

● Elena de Faz Booth (fl. 1850) wife of Cuban plantation owner Charles Booth, who befriended Gundlach (Mellisuga).

I have no clue about her real name but if we read here at least we can assume that she died 1850 as there is written:

Mrs. Booth having died of cholera in 1850.

Martin, thanks, well spotted! :t:

She has earlier (back in 2013) also been dealt with in thread Helena or Helen in (Calypte) Mellisuga helenae ... in Spanish [here]

From my own notes and MS:
... Six years later (in 1856), Gundlach himself tried to rename it, in Journal für Ornithologie, into: "Orthorhynchus Boothi", after having been aware of Delattre's "Ornismya Helenæ" 1843, from Guatemala [today's (Paphosia) Lophornis helenae], ...

... In The Auk 1891 Gundlach explained a little bit more; that he discovered this species, the tiniest of Hummingbirds (and of all birds!) in March 1844, outside the Cuban town Cárdenas, hoovering in front of a Hibiscus, and clearly added: "The name HELENÆ is given in respect to Doña Elena de Faz, wife of Don Carlos Booth, my first protector in this Island. ..."

As it fits to here. Orthorhynchus boothi Gundlach, 1856 OD here

He named him Carlos Booth y Tinto.

The Eponym Dictionary of Birds
Hummingbird Orthorhynchus boothi Gundlach, 1856 NCR [JS Mellisuga helenae]
Charles Booth (fl.1856) was a Cuban plantation owner with property in Matanzas province, who befriended Gundlach (1839). Gundlach (q.v.) named the hummingbird for Booth apparently unaware that Lembeye (q.v.) had already done so for Booth's wife Helen (q.v.).

The Key to Scientific Names
Charles Booth (fl. 1856) Cuban plantation owner, who befriended Gundlach (syn. Mellisuga helenae).

Sure his life dates would interesting as well. P.s. Similar to read in the other thread Björn mentioned.
