I'm afraid I'm after more help/guidance.

Our paltry back garden seems to be crawling with moths at the moment, and I've just come across another I need assistance with (I've just found 3 species new to me, but I'm OK with 2 of them).

As a very rough estimate I'd say wingspan no greater than 10mm.

Thanks

Update!

Eventually passed to the County Recorder for comment.

He suspected a possible Lexostege sticticalis and forwarded to his contacts for comment.

Upshot of it all was that it was considered too worn for a positive i.d. without dissection.
