Arctic or Common Tern? (1 Viewer)

Shot was taken in Dublin, Ireland from the Great South Wall on the River Liffey, Dublin Port. I am pretty sure the attached photo is of the same bird, but with a different perspective.

Thanks for that - am I right in saying that the "all red" bill would not be present on common tern. Also - the upper wing pattern on this bird is more uniform that on common?
