SW India - Raptor&Warbler ID (1 Viewer)

Killip

Everyday's a School day!
Hello All,

Can anyone help ID these two birds giving me jip?

The tatty Raptor was taken 8 miles south of Fort Cochin over vast fish farms.

The Warbler was taken in a park in Munnar in the Western Ghats.

Both taken in the last week.

That's what threw me! All the (many) other Brahminy Kites were in such tip top condition. So I wanted to make sure that this wasn't some migratory raptor that was a bit worse for wear after its travels :)
