Bull-headed Shrike (1 Viewer)

It looks to me like the Bull-headed Shrike photo labeled as a female is actually a male. Note the black face mask and the white patch at the base of the primaries.

I've searched the Gallery and wonder if you (or anyone) could comment on the possibility that this might be a female?
