Bulgarian Bat ID (1 Viewer)

Can someone please identify the following (dead) bat I found in the Bulgarian part of the Rhodope Mountains:

Hi,

My first reaction was Parti Coloured bat (Vespertilio murinus) mainly due to colour; it would fit in with the habitat as well. I'm away from all my ID books at the moment and will have a look when I get back!

Nice bat though - we have had a few vagrants in the UK and I've only ever seen one - hence my hesitant ID!!

Thanks for that Batdan. I have had a look in my books and certainly there is a good resemblance to Parti Coloured bat (Vespertilio murinus). I have also looked in some references to bats in Bulgaria and seen that there have been a few records of individual males of that species in the Rhodope region.
