Which of the sand plovers: HK (1 Viewer)

I went to Wetland Park (HK) today. The photograph is admittedly a little blurry: is it possible to say that this is a Greater rather than Lesser Sand Plover?

Thanks!

Large bill, relatively large size (compared to the Marsh Sand), long tibia, narrow orange breast band - all good features for Greater. Greater is also much commoner than Lesser in HK at this time of year (Lesser is a later migrant).
