Tyrant FC - Brazil (1 Viewer)

I am in the process of re-cataloging my photos and came across this one taken in southern Brazil in March last year which was called by my guide as Streaked Flycatcher.

I've since seen and photographed Streaked FC in Trinidad and on reflection I am now uncertain about this image and would value folk's consideration of possible Piratic or Varigated ?

My concern is that the bill doesn't seem mean enough for this to be Streaked ?

Sadly this is the only image saved.

Regards
Robin

It seems to me to be Variegated Flycatcher. The bill indeed is not what one would expect for Streaked F. and the rusty tail, the bit of pinkish/yellowish at lower base of beak and the amount of yellow going up to chest indicate V. F.
