Wet woodland flower

Extensive ground cover plant in a wet woodland glade. Appeared after clearing Himalayan Balsam Thought it was enchanters nightshade but flower looks wrong (UK Surrey)

For assistance with searches, typo, should be Tolmiea menziesii
