Jeff I have just read your accounting of your trip to Canada and the birds you encountered.
It is always rather nice to hear of the list entries persons get while here . I particularly enjoyed your accounting once you got to the Rockies.
I was born in Jasper, Alberta and know Calgary well, as with the surrounding area. When I reached Kamloops in your report I was curious to see where it would lead you.
Next time you must come into the Okanogan Valley and go to Vancouver via Hwy 5 through Manning Park.
When in Victoria we go to the Lagoon in Collingwood and then up to Gold Creek.. we are actually going to the island in a few days.. we go to Tofino for Winter storm watch on the west coast of the island!
I am so pleased to hear you enjoyed your trip here and that the birds you saw were exciting for you.
Great trip you had and it was terrific to read all about it.Thank you:t:
