Pipits - Meadow or Tree - East Sussex UK (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Are these both meadow pipits (pic 1 shows both together) - or is the front one / pic 2 a tree pipit? I've studied several websites and pictures and there looks to me to be enough differences that I might have both together here. Colouring is different, pattern around eyes, pattern on back, leg colour etc.
Do they flock together? As these were part of a flock that landed together.

Many Thanks.
