Cormorant? Eastern Pennsylvania, USA

What kind of Cormorant is this? We've never seen one before.

Double-crested. That's the only cormorant you're likely to see in PA, especially this time of year.

It looks like a juvenile (pale plumage) ?

Yep, juvenile double-crested. You might see a Great Cormorant, especially in the southeast corner of the state and especially in winter, but this isn't one.
