Birds of prey in East Africa (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Can anybody help to identify these birds of prey?
Picture 1 was taken in Uganda
Picture 2-4 were taken in Tanzania

In case of confusion Marc, Yellow-billed Kite is usually split from Black Kite by most authorities, although some still keep it as a ssp of BK

One more question: how can you see that 2 is a dark-chanting goshawk rather than a eastern chanting goshawk?
