Webcam purchase advise needed (1 Viewer)

Some friends of a park near me are looking into buying a Webcam to install maybe in a tree on a island in the middle of lake. Once installed access may be difficult. This will be for bird watching, especially herons who nest on the island.

Any advice please on type of webcam models wireless? would be much appreciated.

I believe their budget is about £100 and they have to decide within the next fortnight or so.
