Water Cooler (1 Viewer)

I have a Perky Pet water cooler hanging on a bird feeding station. I want to know if anyone knows of one where birds can drink water from but the water will cool even in hot days? When I am home I add cold water on the top but I have to keep doing that every 2 hours depending how hot it is. So when I am not here then the birds are left with hot water...
