018 European Robin (Erithacus rubecula)
019 Carrion Crow (Corvus corone)
020 Reed Bunting (Emberiza schoeniclus)

A couple of hours in the afternoon got me up and running. Great Tit was the first tick of the year the rest are in systematic order. Most were seen from the hides on the reserve. The remainder in flight and in surrounding fields.

This site I visited over the Christmas period whilst staying with my girlfriend. This will become my secondary patch in 2007 (Site list stands at 33 species) I have found the RXWildlife website which covers this area.Any information about this site (including site boundaries!) and Pett Level will be gratefully received.

Beddington Farm Surrey will remain my regular patch I wonder which site will be the most productive.

088 Iceland Gull (Larus glaucoides)

The 1st winter Iceland Gull was still present on the scrape. A long staying record for Beddington. The bird seems to favour this scrape which can be viewed from Mile Road Bridge (Near Hackbridge BR). This bird has also washed up on the Main Lake seen Mon to Sat when refuse tip is in operation.
