Hi Hakeem, Towa Towa or Chestnut - bellied seed finch if you can get on to google just put in your search engine
Difference between female Towa Towa and a male Towa Towa, Wickipedia has a male and female in pictures,
There are other links to other web sites there telling you the differences you should get all the Information you want from there.. and Welcome to bird forum.

PLEASE READ the article "Tiny birds - big Drama" (NY Times 2015) to understand why some people from Suriname, Guyana, Brazil and Trinidad show special interrests in Male Towa Towa birds.
