Sharpie or Coopers (1 Viewer)

I think its a Sharpie, but would like confirmation from the experts.

The raptor does look significantly larger than the Robin, however in the first pic, the nape is dark just like the cap - which is a Sharp-shinned mark. Also (and less objectively) the eyes look big in the head. I'd have to call this a large female Sharp-shinned.
 
My first impression was Sharpie due to its hooded appearance vs
capped (of adult Coop). I'll stick with Sharp-shinned on this one.
