The flying bird is adult Mongolian Gull. The others look better for Mongolian Gull than anything else to me, but it's harder to be certain on those images.
Thanks! I was wondering about the hint of a black ring on the bill of the gull in the 3rd pic (the paler gull, presumably 2nd winter?). I wasn't sure if Mongolian/Vega gulls ever got those black rings, so was wondering if juvenile Black-Tailed was possible?

Still one of the larger gulls, probably Mongolian and probably second-winter. Black-tailed Gull has grey saddle by second-winter, but has brighter bare parts by this time also.
