2 to id please - bulgaria (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys, can anyone id these two raptors for me, they seem to be resident in my local area of bulgaria for the winter, both were taken on the same day in different locations, i apologise for the ropy pics but i cant get anywhere near them to get better pics. Both birds show stationary and in flight, any help would be greatly appreciated as it would be nice to know what i am seeing.

both birds are adult long-legged buzzards (buteo rufinus).
