Cromer, Norfolk coat-of-arms

On a recent visit to Cromer, Norfolk, I saw several copies of a coat-of-arms, which I took to be the town's. It featured three identical birds. Was that the town's coat of arms, and what were the birds?

If this is what you saw then the birds are ravens.

Thanks. That might be it, but I remember blue and yellow. Perhaps there are more colourful variants? I wonder when the last Raven was seen in Cromer!

Here is another version.

I think it is actually the crest of the Cromer family rather than the town.
