Which electric plug adapters for Kenya and Tanzania?. (1 Viewer)

Hi! all in BF Land,
Going to Kenya and Tanzania soon, I would be very grateful for any advice to which electric plug adapter I should take for my battery charger.
Also anyone out there using Adobe Lightroom? Would like to hear any thoughts on its pro's and con's.

Thanks Mono for the adapter advice, I have had a look at the site and saved it for future travels.
Still would like any info on the pros and cons of Adobe Lightroom. Would like to know peoples views who have used it. Whats it like to use, will it work on Windows XP or will I have to upgrade to Vista. anything really before I decide to buy.
