Pug I.D. Help please (1 Viewer)

Hi Was looking through Brindled Pug photos and this one caught my eye as the wings seemed rounder than others. I wondered if it may be an Oak-Tree Pug. Its shape seems right, its discal spot seems wide enough and it has the pale patch beyond the discal spot referred to in Pug Moths of North-west England (Hancock).
Caught in my garden, west Scotland on 26 March which seems a little early but everything is early this year.

Thanks

Dougie

The two features that indicate to me that this is Brindled, are the shape of the discal spot which isn't rounded enough for Oak-tree and the wing tips which are too pointed and fit perfectly, Brindled IMHO.
