Black-Capped Chickadee Fee Bee Call in West Africa (1 Viewer)

Hey,

So a few days ago I heard the "fee-bee" call similar to that of a Black-Capped Chickadee; in West Africa. It was a tad slower but it still sang "fee-bee".
Does anyone know what bird it could be? Because Chickadees aren't found over there.

Thank you
