Dark Morph Short-tailed Hawk? Hernando, FL today

At first I thought this was a Mississippi Kite, but then I got home and looked at the photo and it looks like a Dark-morph short-tailed hawk. Is that right?? Thank you!---BreannaClick image for larger version

With that thin long bill and unmarked tail I think it looks like a Turkey Vulture

Ooops! Now I am thinking the kites had flown off by the time I pulled over, and this may be a far away shot of a turkey vulture....
