Hi all
I have a Nikon d70s + Tamron 200- 500 lens, does anyone have any suggestions for a monopod for this combination.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
I have Canon 350D + Bigma and bought a Giottos MM9150 monopod which is perfect as it will hold upto 15kg so no legs sliding up etc, great build quality and not very expensive.
Cheers
Brian

I use the Manfrotto 680B monopod and opted to stick the Manfrotto 486RC2 ballhead on the top to give a little more flexibility to angle the camera. The most I put on it is a 30D and 100-400mm zoom which is probably a similar weight to your rig.
