fulvescens greater spotted in my opinion. note the 7 fingers for instance. and structure of a juv larger eagle.

This is the "pale phase" of the species. There is also a dark phase of the Booted eagle.

this is not a booted eagle. as mentioned above it is a 'fulvescens' greater spotted!
