Small white bird - Amazon River (1 Viewer)

Going through old photos, while we are sequestered at home, I found a photo of this small black and white bird which I never identified.

It was taken in March 2008, at Santarem on the south bank of the Amazon River, while exploring the waterfront.

Looks like a Black-crowned Tityra, although I would expect the bill to look a little heavier than this.
