Panama City: White-shouldered Tanager female? (1 Viewer)

Dear users,

I took these bad pics in the Parque Natural Metropolitano in Panama City on the 3rd of August 2018.

I think the bird in the upper left corner will stay unidentified, but maybe the one in the lower right corner is possible?
Could it be a female White-shouldered Tanager?
