Hi All,
May I have your opinion about these two raptors? I made photos of them today and my guess is.
First photo: Bonelli´s Eagle
Second Photo: Booted Eagle

I get the impression of a small eagle plus the tail pattern is wrong for any plumage of Bonelli's. Further the fingers in Bonelli's would be barred almost to the very tip. Largely dark in Booted.

In addition, wing both shape and proportions: very rectangular, with straight trailing edge and relatively short on Booted.

Also, obvious 'window' showing in inner primaries when backlit indicates Booted.
