Hi All,
May I have your opinion about these two raptors? I made photos of them today and my guess is.

I get the impression of a small eagle plus the tail pattern is wrong for any plumage of Bonelli's. Further the fingers in Bonelli's would be barred almost to the very tip. Largely dark in Booted.
